We differ from other personal training services because we not only train the individual, we recognize that some people want a work-out partner to set the pace and challenge their current fitness levels. This has been requested often because people don't like working out by themselves or have a certain shyness in gym atmospheres. We often suggest a mix of outdoor training to build comfort levels & to establish basic kinesthetic awareness. Others may need a trainer who can run a mile or two before a session & be multifaceted towards their needs. The available modalities makes all the difference. Be it outdoor training in the park or facility based, we espouse variety and educating the client on base level fitness. Once this is understood we endeavor to introduce incremental gains in movement awareness and strength.
